The subject properties located at 3000-3008 North Broad Street provide affordable housing opportunities for 10 families in Philadelphia.  The building is comprised of five duplexes with 9 of the units containing 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.  One duplex has 4 bedrooms and two baths.  All have been recently renovated.

The purpose of this loan was to provide permanent long-term financing for a 44-unit affordable apartment for seniors aged 62 and over at 2221 West Venango Street in the Allegheny West/Tioga neighborhood section of Philadelphia.  The Allegheny West Plaza is located adjacent to a major transportation hub in North Philadelphia.

This 60-unit housing project for families was developed on a 15-acre site along Route 30 in Caln Township, Chester County.  Residents benefit from significant employment and shopping opportunities close by, while schools are all within two miles of the site.  Public bus transportation exists at the site.
