Old First House LP

The Old First House is a mixed-use building located at 322-40 Race Street, Philadelphia, adjacent to Old First’s existing historic church.  The new construction includes residential, commercial, and church office space.  The residential portion consists of thirty-four (34) small efficiency apartments, which will include kitchenettes and private bathrooms.  All tenants of Old First House are referred by the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Homeless Services and receive supportive services from Depaul USA.  The development of Old First House was a joint effort by Old First Reformed United Church of Christ (Old First Reformed UCC), Community Ventures, a non-profit developer and Depaul USA,
