Community Lenders refinanced Floors 10-18 (there is no floor 13) of the historic Abraham Lincoln Hotel located in Reading, PA. These floors represent 49 affordable residential apartments. While the building contains commercial banquet space and offices, Community Lenders’ focus was strictly on the residential portion so the ownership of the property can continue to offer beautiful apartments for low- and moderate-income families in downtown Reading.
