Community Lenders assisted Compound Impact, Inc., a mission driven 501 (c)(3) with financing of a three-bedroom residential rowhome in the Tacony neighborhood of Philadelphia and a three-bedroom residential rowhome in the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia. Both properties after being acquired underwent significant repairs and upgrades.
