The Tioga Family Center contains 24 residential units earmarked for women who are in recovery from substance abuse. In addition to being a safe, clean and affordable place to live, the Center offers childcare, a computer room, classrooms and playgrounds. Children living with their mothers at the Center can participate in the Early Head Start program that promotes physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. The Center was developed and managed by the Gaudenzia Foundation.
