Susquehanna Square Housing consists of 37 units, scattered site, new construction housing for low income households and received subsidy from the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Community Lenders worked with Community Ventures on the long term take out financing for this project. The two newly constructed three story walk-up buildings which house 35 apartments and a three-story duplex with two additional unit. There are 17 one-bedroom units, 14 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom and 3 four-bedroom units.
