The Lillia Crippen project consists of 46 townhomes, of which 14 are two-bedroom, 28 are three-bedroom and 4 are four-bedroom units. Community Lenders worked with Women’s Community Revitalization Project (WCRP) to provided the long-term financing for capital improvements and energy efficient enhancements to refinance the units of affordable housing to preserve its long-term affordability in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood.
