The heart of Philadelphia’s Latino community known as El Centro de Oro Commercial District, if full of brightly painted sidewalks, buildings and murals. It is here that HACE converted 9,420 sf of first floor space in the Caribe Towers Condominium to modern administrative offices and leased the space to All American Home Care.
The upper floors of the same building contain 57 one-bedroom units for seniors. These seniors, as well as the entire community, benefit from the services provided by All American Home Care.
