Once a bustling factory, the building, now known as the Willows at East Greenville, underwent a massive transformation into the modern, tight-knit community. Sitting on more than four acres of land, the Willows at East Greenville is a six-story historic building dating back to the 1800’s and early 1900’s, along with two smaller stand-alone buildings.

A mixed-income rental community, the Willows at East Greenville contains 71 apartments with one, two and three bedroom options to accommodate a variety of household sizes and budgets. Homes feature unique floor plans, all offering fully-equipped kitchens with islands or breakfast bars, large windows, energy-efficient appliances, large closets, ceramic tile baths, and a mix of carpet and hardwood floors. Aspects of the historic building have been preserved, and it keeps an industrial feel with exposed brick walls, decorative beams and columns, sliding barn doors, pendant lighting, and high vaulted ceilings.

Residents enjoy many amenities from a fitness center, playground, and laundry facilities, to a lounge and seating areas, off-street parking, on-site management and maintenance, and resident service programs.

Twelve units are offered at market-rate while the remaining 59 participate in the low-income housing tax credit program. Additionally, there is a Your Way Home unit, which is fully furnished and set aside for a homeless individual.
