Services and supports are identified through a person-centered plan. Each plan is used to assist residents in choosing an enhanced lifestyle, which supports all essential parts of community integration, as well as building relationships, self-esteem, and self-sufficiency.

According to BARC Developmental Services, their vision is to "assist and support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism to reach their fullest potential, lead happy lives, and contribute to their community."

Community Lenders has financed a number of BARC’s group home purchases over the years and was happy to do so for the new homes in Quakertown and Perkasie.
