Willows at East Greenville

Willows at East Greenville is a mixed-income multi-family rental project that contains 71 apartments including 2 efficiency units, 20 One-bedroom units, 33 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units.  Of the total 71 units, twelve (12) are be market-rate units.  The remaining fifty nine (59) units participated in the low-income housing tax credit program.   One unit has been designated as a Your Way Home unit, and set aside for a homeless individual.  The Your Way Home unit is furnished.  Eight units have features tailored to the physically handicapped, hearing and visually impaired. The site includes a six story historic building dating to the 1800’s and early 1900’s, along with two smaller stand-alone buildings on 4.51 acres of land.  Ingerman, a leading developer, builder, and manager of award-winning multi-family communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and Genesis Housing Corporation who has served Montgomery County since 1994 involving the rehabilitation and new construction of homes to improve and stabilize neighborhoods worked together on this project which Community Lenders then provided the long-term financing.
