BARC Development Services Housing

BARC Developmental Services is a long time customer of Community Lenders. We have had the privilege of financing a number of their group home purchases over the years.  These three homes were just recently purchased by BARC,  and are utilized as group homes for BARC clients.  All three of these homes house five mentally handicapped adults who live in the home and are supported by BARC services.  To learn more about BARC and the incredible services they provide click here: https://barcprograms.org/
