Crossroads Housing is the first Montgomery County project for Delaware Valley Development Company. They built 48 two and three bedroom affordable rental housing units for families. All units are designed with the needs of growing families in mind; each home features a garage and private entrance, spacious living & dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, ample storage space and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Residents can enjoy the community center, which features a laundry room, community gathering space, a kitchen and computer lab. Additionally, there is on-site management, private parking and 24-hour maintenance. To qualify, a family’s maximum income must be below the State Low Income Housing Tax Credit limits.
Delaware Valley Development Company received funding from the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Lenders provided the long-term permanent mortgage on the project.
We provide 25 year financing for non-profits for facilities that will contribute to the area’s development and economic well-being.
For facilities that offer both housing and community development activities, we provide 25 or 30 year loans.
