Completed in the spring of 2018 on the former site of St. Bartholomew Catholic School in Northeast Philadelphia, the Apartments at St. Bart’s offers modern, cheerful, low-income housing to seniors interested in urban living. There are 42 units in 6 floors. Residents live as independently as they wish while receiving support or help with everyday tasks through the LIFE Center located on the first floor of their building. These support services are provided by NewCourtland Senior Services.
Residential Loans
We provide 30-year financing for low and middle-income housing projects (not to individual homeowners).
Community Development
We provide 25 year financing for non-profits for facilities that will contribute to the area’s development and economic well-being.
Mixed Use Loans
For facilities that offer both housing and community development activities, we provide 25 or 30 year loans.
