Parkside apartment units are located in the West Park District of Philadelphia, close to the Philadelphia Zoo, St. Joseph’s University, the Mann Center for the Performing Arts and the Please Touch Museum. The Parkside Historic District – which includes these beautiful affordable apartments, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its Victorian homes and apartment buildings constructed between 1890 and 1900. Mission First Housing joined efforts with the Parkside Preservation Corporation and won several awards for their careful preservation of the architectural details in their efforts to restore these beautiful buildings and at the same time provided critically needed low income housing.
We provide 25 year financing for non-profits for facilities that will contribute to the area’s development and economic well-being.
For facilities that offer both housing and community development activities, we provide 25 or 30 year loans.
