The property has 4 two-bedroom units and 58 one-bedroom units in a three story, mid-rise elevator serviced building. All units are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) available for seniors whose household incomes range from 20%-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The property is being professionally managed by S.H.N.I.R. Apartment Management Corporation, which is wholly-owned by Israel Roizman of Roizman Development, Inc.
Residential Loans
We provide 30-year financing for low and middle-income housing projects (not to individual homeowners).
Community Development
We provide 25 year financing for non-profits for facilities that will contribute to the area’s development and economic well-being.
Mixed Use Loans
For facilities that offer both housing and community development activities, we provide 25 or 30 year loans.
